What is your shipping policy?

FLAT RATE EXPRESS AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

We offer $20.00 flat rate express shipping on all orders to delivery addresses within Australia. All orders are shipped using Australia Post and should arrive within 3 business days from the time of dispatch. We ship packages daily. Terms & conditions apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently Wallaces only deliver to addresses within Australia.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a full refund to your original payment method on all unused and undamaged online purchases, within 30 days of purchase date. To process a refund or exchange please email sales@wallaces.com.au with your order number and a brief reason for your return.

Any purchases outside of this 30-day period may be eligible for an exchange only at our discretion.

All shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless deemed faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email the above address with your order number and a photo of the fault. 

Where is my order?

We ship all our orders using Australia Post. Orders should arrive within 8 business days. If your order was placed more than 8 days ago, please contact us and we will help you locate your order.

I can’t find the answer I’m looking for

Whilst we’ve tried to answer the most common questions that we receive, if you cannot find what you’re looking for you can contact us during store opening hours and we’ll be happy to assist you in any way possible.
